Our Rules
TICKETS AND ENTRY:
All visitors over two years-old need a ticket to enter the space. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online ahead of time, as this is the only way to guarantee entry for your desired day and time. We offer a limited number of walk-in tickets at a higher rate at the door, sold day-of on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the session for which you purchased ticket(s). Note that your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. One member of your party must have a valid photo ID that matches the name on the tickets being used by your party and the name on the credit card used to purchase them. You cannot bring another person’s photo ID or photocopy. Please email us if your tickets were gifted to another person or the name otherwise needs to change. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and absolutely cannot be resold. We allow a limited number of people during each time slot; therefore re-bookings or transfers may not always be possible. Tickets are purchased for individual hour-long sessions. When space allows, visitors are welcome to remain with us past their hour-long session. DIGITAL SPACE reserves the right to enforce the one-hour time-frame when necessary, in situations including but not limited to private events, at-capacity sessions and the transition to after-hours sessions.
